 Overall, the main objective of my photos was to capture emotion. I noticed while participating in this program that people and their emotions kinda got lost in the massiveness of Hartford. I wanted to focus on the people rather than on the buildings and bring out their emotions in my photos. Achieving this goal proved difficult because, while Hartford is typically thought of as a busy city filled with people, people were actually hard to find. That's the reason I chose the photos I did for the exhibition: to add more people photos to an exhibition of architecture.
